June 29, 2021
12:00 PM - 01:30 PM
Webinar
12:00 - 1:30 PM
It has been nearly four years since the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) first “opened its doors” for the purpose of resolving condo disputes. In October 2020 CAT’s authority was expanded to handle more types of disputes. CAT now deals with disputes related to a corporation’s governing documents (i.e. the corporation’s declaration, by-laws, or rules) relating to: Pets and other animals, Vehicles, Parking and storage.
How is that working out? This webinar will look at recent cases and examine the impact this expanded role for CAT is having on the condo community
