“Case Law & Condo Legislation: The Year in Review and What’s Coming”

CCI-Toronto held its annual Christmas luncheon on Friday, December 20th, 2019 at the Forth in Toronto. The festive occasion sold out a month in advance, and attendees’ comments were very positive. In addition to a holiday-themed buffet luncheon, the event included a lively discussion of current Condo law cases and new legislative updates, explained by experts Armand Conant, Mario Deo, and Josh Milgrom, and moderated by Sally Thompson.

A highlight of the luncheon was Tania Haluk presenting Rob Weinberg with the well-deserved Fellow of the Canadian Condominium Institute (FCCI) designation. According to CCI National, “Fellowship was created to recognize and honour associates whose meritorious service to the Institute or to the condominium community best exemplifies the standards expected by CCI of its professional members”, and Rob certainly does exemplify all of those criteria. Congratulations, Rob!
