Curb Appeal is defined as the attractiveness of a property, as viewed from the street. Good or Bad; curb appeal can affect the value of a condo and the perception of the community and the residents who live there. From an aesthetically pleasing design to well­manicured grounds, or a property that is in visible disrepair, there are several aspects to curb appeal. This seminar will provide insights and guidance from experts in the Real Estate, Property Management, and Landscaping industries.
