The success or failure of proper budgeting can have real consequences for the financial health of the corporation, and for owners’ pocketbooks. This seminar will dive into best practices for developing and issuing budgets with particular emphasis on understanding and implementing increasing condo fees, with current realities brought about by recent legislative changes and real-world insights from industry experts.
