Annual meetings of condominium owners can ignite emotions and fuel tensions. They also present a great opportunity for unit owners to be kept informed and exercise their right to elect representatives to serve on the community’s Board of Directors. During our interactive Facebook Live event, we will present the perspectives and experiences of a property manager, lawyer and condominium director surrounding best practices for meetings, addressing challenging situations and otherwise best allowing for productive meetings.
