Condo Directors now have the opportunity to complete both the Level 101- Introduction to Condos and Level 102 – Condo Governance courses on the same day! And as an added bonus, we will have several exhibitors on-site to speak with course attendees during breaks and lunch time about the latest in products and services being offered to the condominium community.

If you are a new condominium director or if you are on your first journey into condominium learning, then don’t miss this exceptional opportunity to take two CCI-T Courses all at one venue and in one day. Join us at the Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale for a full day of education and a trade show. Spend the morning taking the  Level 101- Introduction to Condos course which will cover the topics of Getting Started, Director Responsibilities, Property Management and Planning, Financial and Other Responsibilities. During lunch and break times, network with our member condo suppliers. After lunch, the  Level 102 – Condo Governance course will take place which will delve into the topics of Governance & Meetings, Establishing Goals & Long Term Plans, Director/Management Relations and Director Tips for Dealing with People. Your day of learning will conclude with the presentation of your course certificates.

Registration Information

Registration includes: Continental Breakfast, a mid-morning coffee break, lunch and an afternoon coffee break. Also included: Course material and “The Condominium Handbook”

Registration and continental breakfast starts at: 8:00 am

Members $175.00 per person (+ HST)
Non Members $400.00 per person (+ HST)
