On May 27th, 2015 the Ontario Government tabled Bill 106 called “Protecting Condominium Act, 2015”.

Join CCI Toronto for an information packed evening on what exactly this proposed legislation will mean for Condominium owners and for those working in the industry. Our panel of experts will guide you through discussions on the five main areas of proposed reform:

1) Financial Management
2) Condo Authority
3) Consumer Protection
4) Licensing of Condominium Managers, and
5) How Condominiums are Run (ie. Governance)

They will also outline the next steps and what will need to take place before this proposed legislation actually becomes law.
